Our Dispenser/Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are the initial contact with the surgery. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. They are trained to manage the comprehensive drug dispensary and arrange most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They have many other tasks, which include issuing repeat prescriptions and they work in complete confidentiality as they deal with medical records.
