Welcome to Frampton Surgery
URGENT SURGERY UPDATE
Due to rising cases of covid-19 we have a number of staff who are required to self-isolate. This is to keep the staff and patients as safe as possible, whilst reducing the risk of spreading the virus.
This does place the surgery under an unprecedented pressure and we thank you in advance for supporting us through this time.
At this time we politely request that if your health concern is not urgent then please consider other providers of care that may be able to support your health needs at this time:
- Community Pharmacies
- Minor injury/illness units
- Opticians for eye health concerns
- Dentist for any dental problems
- NHS 111 for general queries
Please only attend the surgery if absolutely necessary. The team that are working on site will be doing their best to help you as quickly as they can but please be aware that there may be delays.
Some of our staff are working from home during this period of time. Please be patient and we will answer all calls and queries as soon as possible.
We encourage patients to attend appointments alone where possible and we have implemented a one way system through the surgery to support in keeping everyone as safe as possible.
